Each month we explore a different universal teaching through meditation, storytelling, ritual, contemplative practice, sound, and heartfelt conversation. Together we create a welcoming space where all beliefs are honored and every person belongs.

Messengers Circle - A Group Oracle Reading

Messenger Circle facilitated by CM Piper
Group Engagement: Each member of the circle chooses an oracle deck (decks provided, or bring your own), shuffles, and pulls a card to interpret for the inquirer.
Taking turns, everyone shares a question — or simply asks for guidance from the cards.
By the end, the inquirer has received a message from several distinct decks, and from many messengers.
The Messenger’s Circle allows participants to practice reading for others and trusting the messages that come through.

Featured Artist: Heather Haider
When: Third Thursday of Every Month - November 19, 2026, 5 - 8 p.m.
Heather Haider is an intuitive painter and fiber artist based in Edmonds, Washington. Her work celebrates color, imagination, pattern, texture, energy, and intuition.
Through vibrant acrylic and watercolor paintings, she explores organic forms, abstract compositions, florals, space, and the expressive qualities of color and energy. Her painting process is intuitive and playful, often beginning with a color, a movement, or a simple mark. From there, each piece unfolds organically, revealing itself as the work evolves.
Heather has been crocheting and experimenting with fiber art since childhood. Drawn to the beauty and rhythm of circles, she explores pattern, repetition, and form through her crocheted mandalas. A mandala is a circular, often symmetrical design traditionally associated with the universe, wholeness, and spiritual balance. The word mandala comes from Sanskrit and means “circle.”
This month, Heather presents a collection of intuitive paintings and crocheted mandalas at the Chapel of Sound and Art (CoSA), bringing together color, pattern, and the joy of creating through intuition.

Shelly Tiemeyer likes to paint silhouettes of colorful women, the divine feminine. Women who are lost and who are found. Women who are hidden and who are seen. Women who don’t belong and belong more than ever. They can not be defined. They can not be diminished. They are no one. They are everyone.
With all of painting there is waiting. There is nothingness. And yet, something emerges. Eventually. Mercifully. Only to disappear again. Into the darkness. Until the next moment. And the next.
Art reveals that there is no arrival. Only being found over and over again.
